WoodsRunner X Raquel (aka Raqui) was born 10 Oct 1997. Her sire is WoodsRunner X Erebus and her dam is WoodsRunner Lucille. Raqui is a 3rd generation representative of a COA-approved cross line initiated by Bob and Connie Jones at WoodsRunner kennel with an outcross to an Alaskan Malamute. As of 1 Jan 2004, Raqui weighs 66 lbs and is 24.5 inches tall. She is CERF normal and OFA Fair.

Raqui has contributed 6 pups from 2 litters to the future of the Chinook breed but is now retired. She is a very dedicated and loving mom (as with Katie below) and continues to act like a goofy pup herself, especially when playing in the snow.

Raqui doesn't reserve her love for her own pups but shares it generaously with whomever is present (as with Tatla in the photo below).
