Removed Programs:

Ad-Aware - 2007 Installs a useless Service even on the free version, pesters the
end user to purchase one of their pay programs and has become largely redundant
to the detection by Spybot and Windows Defender.

Avant Browser - The reason for recommending Avant was because it included 
features that IE did not (tabs, integrated search) with the release of IE7
it is not needed anymore. With the last release the author did a major 
redesign and started using Firefox icons and changed other legacy things
around instead of focusing on a much needed Anti-Phishing filter. The browser
became buggy and the community more elitist.

Cacheman - Includes a performance slowing Ram optimizer and some useless tweaks.
