
This site has a bunch of my astronomical pictures that were taken through a regular camera and an old orange tube Celestron C8. It also has two articles that are my best shot at describing astrophotography methods and beginning astronomy.

The meteor page is dedicated to the 1998 and 1999 Leonid meteor showers, along with whatever else I can come up with on the of subject meteors through the year. Feel free to add your own meteor observing experience.
There is also a popular discussion forum on the subject of science and religion, which was inspired by the movie Contact. You can read piles of opinions and add your own.
In 1997 I put together a comet popularity contest between Hale-Bopp and Hyakutake with these results.
The fractal images are just pretty pictures that came to life while I was tinkering with the freeware Fractint.
