I'm just a newbie here so you all need to take this rant with a pound of salt.

I stumbled onto this site early this spring using a search engine for Barking Dog. I was looking to find any info on it wanting to go back up there since I hadn't been up there in a hundred years. I wanted to get some revenge on the Dog for what it did to my 69 F-250 in the late seventies, early eighties. Got a TJ now and was ready and willing.

When I first heard about what was going on up there I was kinda pzzd off so I sent some money to the cause and went wheelin in other spots.

Well that was then and this is now. If the average guy (and babe) can't see where this is going they must be stoned. If we don't stop this Barking Dog deal dead in its tracks this is going to set one hell of a presidence on all of the other "private property" issues state wide! [Idea] [Idea]

I'm a third generation Coloradoan and it erks me to no end when out of state rich people think they can come in here, buy everything up and then change the laws. I aint got anything against people moving here, thats just natural and some of my best wheelin buddies moved here from other less desireable places. Some had to come here for work, no biggie, just don't live out of state and try to change the constitution. And don't think that you can buy your on piece of Colo. and DESTROY it for your own goals. [Flipoff2] [Flipoff2] [Flipoff2]

I know alot of you have to work overtime just to get gas $$ to go wheelin and some of you don't. But we ALL need to think about this thing really, really, hard, or we will all be driving to the western slope to do any wheelin. [Mad] [Mad] [Mad]

I wonder what would happen if we planned a "Barking Dog Resurection Chainsaw Run" to clean up all of the fire hazards left by Ballzlough? [USA]

VB I'll send you 50 more by this Sunday after we kick Pittsburgs azz's. [Thumbsup]

Well I'm sorry for the rant but I've been house ridn with a cold for two days and I'm starting to miss my beer.... [Beer]

Part of the blame for the Lefthand carnage has to fall at the feet of Boulder County officials that have encouraged "vigilante-ism" by not enforcing the re-opening of roads illegally closed by unscrupulous property owners. I would like to see the county re-open any roads that have been closed by property owners and prosecuting the people involved in the closing. If they are out of state landowners that have closed the road then I think that the county should condemn the property and confiscate it. That would let the perps of these crimes know that just because a road crosses thier land that it doesn't mean that they own the road.

I hope some of those (I just don't want to make any waves) liberals who made the decision not to help Uncle VBster realize that they're in-action way back when, could have averted sooooo much destruction. It almost makes me cry [Crybaby] to see all these trees strewn about our fores like that, and I've only seen the pictures. God what these differant sites must look like up close and personal. [Barf] (and sad to say I think this is just the tip of the iceberg)

Where are all of the tree huggers that protest logging and put spikes in trees to try to save them? It seems werd that they are so silent about all of this. [Roll Eyes]

And how could any one think that we would do that to one of our favorite trails, thats just stupid. [Silly]

Oh I'm ranting again...... [Mad]

Sikum Uncle V.... [USA]
