One of the aspects that I consider vital to any undertaking in sports is a good strength, power, endurance, and flexibility regimen.
While I can instruct a pitcher, improve her mechanics, and greatly improve her overall performance, I cannot make her better than her genetics, physical ability, and determination will allow.
She can control a lot of her success by getting into a good weight and cardio program and sticking with it.
There are home gym sets that allow you to have a lifting regimen at home, and let's face it. If you have to take your kid to a gym or she has to drive there and wait around for each piece of equipment,
chances are that you will not be successful. So consider investing in a home gym.
