About the Blogger:

This is a simple blogger service: Comments on the subject are returned by pre-addressed e-mail to the blog keeper, monitored and displayed on site pages logically (or actually) appended to the original posting where possible. Three types of documents may be commented on: a) single page (topic), b) multi page(topic) and c) foreign pages, ie, those on other systems; all are reached by links from the table below. The logged comments for a) and b) are appended to the actual documents and in case b) reached by links interspersed in the document. The logged comments on the foreign documents are stored locally. Blogs are stored in chronological order. The top of all logged comment lists can be reached by the Comments links in the table below. If you have a new document to be posted, send the editor a request wit a machine-readable copy. The editorial policy and format guide lines are given below:

Site Contents: Open and frank commentary on

  1. Agency, contractors and private documents related to the pension plans administered by the DOE/ORO
  2. Media articles or widely circulated E-mails on the subject
  3. Statements released by the members of the public
  4. Selected contributions from the public which in turn are subject to commentary.

Editorial and Posting Policy:

  1. The subject of the submission must be germane to the ORO pension program.
  2. Submissions are subject to the editor's approval. Ad hominem attacks and anonymous blogs will NOT be posted.
  3. Submissions MUST be in an MSWORD 2002 compatible file and be readily convertible to an HTML Web Page.
  4. Submissions must be concise and of appropriate length for the topic.
  5. Links to other internet documents are strongly suggested
