About the Blogger:
This is a simple blogger
service: Comments on the subject are returned by pre-addressed e-mail to the
blog keeper, monitored and displayed on site pages logically (or actually)
appended to the original posting where possible. Three types of documents may
be commented on: a) single page (topic), b) multi page(topic) and c) foreign
pages, ie, those on other systems; all are reached by links from the table
below. The logged comments for a) and b) are appended to the actual documents
and in case b) reached by links interspersed in the document. The logged
comments on the foreign documents are stored locally. Blogs are stored in
chronological order. The top of all logged comment lists can be reached by the
Comments links in the table below. If you have a new document to be posted,
send the editor a request wit a machine-readable copy. The editorial policy and
