If you do not know the village of Weston, you are in for a treat! Weston is on the National Register of Historic Places and is the quintessential Vermont town. Weston is on the scenic West River (good for swimming, fishing, inner tubing, etc.) and is where the famous Vermont Country Store is located - along with the wonderful Weston Playhouse!

We are located in "skier paradise"! Our house is on a well plowed road with four major ski centers (Okemo, Stratton, Magic, and Bromley) - the closest is 10 miles and the furthest only 16 miles! The area also boasts horseback riding, cross county skiing, snowmobiling and many other seasonal and year-round activities. If you are a shopper, Manchester's vibrant shopping disctict is only 20 miles away.
The house is very open and bright; it has lots of windows (all are weather tight) and features covered porches on two sides! Our place sits on about an acre of land... There is lots of room to enjoy the outside, no matter which season. Inside, we have wide plank hardwood floors throughout, covered with pretty oriental-style rugs.

The first floor offers plenty of space in an open floor plan. The kitchen is a cook's delight... It is well equipped and has lots of counter and cabinet space. The adjacent sunny open dining room means that you'll have plenty of company (out of your way) while you whip up a hearty Vermont meal. Up two steps from the kitchen or dining room is the large living area. It has comfortable seating for eight plus people, a wonderful woodburning stove, TV, VCR, and stereo. Also on this floor is a half bath, big coat closet, as well as washer and dryer.

On the second floor, there are Four Bedrooms:
#1 Master bedroom with Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
#2 Large bedroom with Queen-size bed and direct access to shared bath.
#3 Bedroom with Double bed - shared bath is across the hall.
#4 Small bedroom with Bunkbeds - shared bath is next door.

All bedrooms have plenty of closet space and comfortable furnishings. Both bathrooms are modern and in perfect condition.

Amenities: Phone, Cable TV, High-Speed Internet, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils Provided, Linens Provided, Washer, Dryer, No Smoking.

Rates: Winter Ski Season ( 06 - 07) .. $10,500/season + utilities, firewood & plowing.
           Monthly (4 weeks) Apr - Nov .......$3,000 (utilities included)+ cleaning fee.
           Weekly (7 nights) Apr -Nov ................... $950 (utilities included) + cleaning fee.
