Join us for an informal Healthy Connections Support Group.
This is an opportunity to:

  • Experience periods of guided imagery and relaxation associated with healthy lifestyle choices

This group has been created to assist women to establish healthy lifestyle choices. It is not based on one specific method, but rather to incorporate learning's from a variety of disciplines.
Along with group support, participants will experience affirmations, relaxation and guided imagery with tools shown to be effective for a healthy lifestyle.  Pat and Hazel have many resources and connections with others who share this same vision.

Pat and Hazel have been involved in weight release and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for many years and enjoy working with those who wish to manage their weight and live a healthy life

Hazel Newsom, CHT, CtBH,  is certified by the American Board of Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy and is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.  Her practice in Northern California comprised hypnosis for many aspects of wellness, including weight control, stress management, enhanced self-confidence and self-esteem, smoking cessation, fears and more.  She believes that the optimum life is a life in balance and that wholeness and health begins within.  It is her goal to assist others to find their way toward health, personal well-being, self-empowerment and abundance.   Hazel is also a Reiki, level 2 practitioner.
Pat Sonnenstuhl, CNM, CHT, HBCE has background in the health field as a nurse and retired woman's health nurse practitioner and as hypnotherapist, she brings diverse skills to this endeavor.  She teaches a program called HypnoBirthing®, works with families using hypnosis who are seeking a pregnancy, and currently studying to be a practitioner for Slender for Life. She likewise is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), and the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA).
