Can IR and its Associated Conditions be Prevented ?
 
My point in developing this web site is to help promote the idea that Insulin Resistance can either be prevented or delayed with adequate information.  It appears the cornerstone for this Prevention and Delay are:
 
Appropriate and correct diagnosis
Education
Exercise
Nutrition (Healthy Eating and the Glycemic Index)
