Mindfulness Meditation
Sensitivity to the breath awakens us to other aspects
of our particularity. We sense our subjectivity in the greater
communion. Join us for guided mindfulness meditation in
the Oratory on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 7:00
pm to 8:00 pm. Herbal tea is served after meditation.
