Welcome to the Byte Shifter Program (Win32 version shown).

The purpose of this program is to take a file, shift every byte in that file by a specified value (positive or negative) and then save a new file with the new values.  Byte values can be set to wrap around the 0 and 255 boarders.

NOTE:  These 2 programs are "quickies," so they may contain bugs.  I have not done full bug testing as yet.

NOTES:

• You must have a program to "UnZip" the downloaded file (Windows Version).  You can find the most popular one at www.winzip.com 
• This program is a statically linked program that does NOT require installing.  Just, unzip and use.
