1. As the calendar year winds down CG-3PCX is keenly aware of the
challenges placed on all Auxiliary units to create year-end reports. At this
point last year, many units overloaded the AUXDATA servers and made it
challenging to obtain reports.  The AUXDATA workgroup has created a set of
best practices to assist all units at this time of year:

2. Utilize AUXINFO to obtain all information regarding personal hours
and awards.  For information on using AUXINFO, go to the "How To" library at
http://home.auxidept.org/howto.htm

3. Do not run Unit Summary Reports.  OSC will run them for you and send
out an excel sheet with everyone's unit information.  CG-3PCX will post this
information on the Chief Director's webpage shortly after the New Year.

4. If a member needs specific information he or she can contact their
unit's IS officer to determine the most efficient way of obtaining it.

5. Thank you for your support at this busy time.

6.     The purpose of this list is to keep Auxiliarists as well as all other
interested parties abreast of current developments, policies, manuals, etc.
