 Fire departments in Middlesex County are in either Mutual Aid District 6 (North Middlesex County), District 14 (South Middlesex County), or District 13 (Metro fire). To confuse matters more, some towns have communications on more than one Regional system. Mutual aid frequencies are listed below, followed by individual town listings.  Natick is the control for District 6.

Ambulance 1 is ALS at the Intermediate Level, ALS at the Paramedic level is  provided by Metrowest P1, a non-transport medic unit out of Metrowest Medical Center in Natick.

Hazmat 32 is the ORU (Operational response unit) for the District 3 HAZMAT team covering fire districts 7 and 14.

 C2 is the shift Deputy Chief, C3 is the administration Deputy, C4/C5/C6 are the fire  prevention inspectors. Natick fire is the control point for Fire district 14 (South Middlesex County 33.980 pl 127.3 and 46.360 pl 100.0) test call is 10:30
