White Mountain Server: This is by far the best single source for info about hiking in the White Mountains. Dave Metsky has provided info on trail, camp sites, 4000 foot peaks and trip reports beyond number.
Views from the Top: VFTT is another exemplary site that is perhaps best known for its bulletin boards and for The Best site for checking out the trail conditions in the Northeast.
Peakbagging the New England 4000 Footers: Another premiere site, especially if you're one of the unfortunate ones that suffers from the malady better known as "Peak Bagging."
Alpine Zone: Another site with a wide range of coverage ranging from discussion forums to hiking, skiing, lodging and weather in the Northeast.

Mountain Hikes: A great web site about hiking in the White's that has a couple of great lists of other, less commonly climbed mountains. They call it "52 With A View."
Lost Trails Website: This site is a real labor of love and an exceptional resource for those of us that enjoy searching for an old lost trail or even doing a little bushwhacking. Maps, trail descriptions, info from old AMC Guides etc.
The Trail Database: An astounding amount of information on trails all over the world and links beyond number!
Topozone: The place for all your online topographic map needs!
"GORP" Profiles Etc: This page has a pretty extensive list of the White Mountain National Forest's profiles, boulders, & rock formations.
The Appalachian Mountain Club: The AMC is certainly the largest and most influential outdoor organization in New England. They maintain many miles of trails, back country campsites and huts.
Randolph Mountain Club: The RMC operates primarily in the northern Presidential Range. They maintain trails and have several mountain huts.
Wonalancet Out Door Club: Another of the clubs that help maintain trails in the Whites. They have been caring for the Sandwich Range since 1892!
Get Outdoors New England: "GONewEngland is a neat, fun, and free Internet Bulletin Board for outdoor (and other) activities in and around the New England area---and sometimes beyond." That's what they say, but it's much more than that. It's a great web site with some great information!
Mountain Shadows: A very interesting personal web page with lots of peak bagging information and a couple of enjoyable and educational quiz’s on New England hiking trivia. They're lots of fun so go ahead and see just how much you really know about hiking in New England!
Chomps Ongoing Adventures: This site has a lot of great pictures from numerous areas of the country but focuses mostly on the Northeast. Also has a pretty extensive link page.
Garry's Hiking Page: A friends hiking page that has an abundance of great hiking pictures.
Dolores and Dan's Four Thousand Footer Web Site: Another great page about climbing the NH 4 K's. But these guys even have a picture of them taken atop Mount Pierce. So what you ask? Wellll, this picture includes the great-great-great nephew of President Franklin Pierce for whom the mountain was named!
Outdoor Adventure with Rob: Another personal page about hiking in the area that has many top notch photos and is just a really fun site!

USFS Campground Reservations: The only way to really know whether or not you're going to get a site for roadside camping in the Whites is to go to ReserveUSA and make a reservation.
Museum of Family Camping: "One Man's Dream." This is the website for a little museum that is located in Bear Brook State Park, in Allenstown, NH. If you used to camp way back when, of if you'd like to see a bit of what it was like, this isn't a bad way to spend a couple of hours.

Eureka: Manufacturers of some great tents and more. I have one of their Timberline tents that is roughly 20 years old and still going strong. They also now manufacture the "Camp Trails" line of backpacks.

Mount Washington Obs; Backcountry Weather and Trail Conditions: This is still part of the Mount Washington Observatory's site but it covers trail conditions for winter hiking. A very handy site to get the overall feel of what the weather is and what the trails will be like.
Northeast Regional Climate Center: This is a great site that lets you select the area of the map of New England that you are heading for and get a forecast
Accuweather for North Conway, NH: This is pretty much the heart of the White Mountains so it's a good general indicator of what to expect.

Chauvin Guides International: Chauvin Guides International is a climbing guide and instruction service operating out of North Conway, New Hampshire.
