Since I’ve been here, much has happened. It’s been a couple of years actually, and during that time I’ve been hard at work on getting my MFA in Creative Writing, in poetry and creative nonfiction to be precise. I know I said I’d never do it, never get the goddamned MFA, but here I am doing it, in spite of myself. Read The Word......


Rebecca Cook writes poetry and prose. She lives in Chattanooga, TN and teaches at UT Chattanooga. She has published work in many literary journals, most recently in New England Review, Diode, and Poet Lore. New work is forthcoming from Northwest Review and Octopus Beak.. Her chapbook of poems, The Terrible Baby, is available from  Dancing Girl Press.
