Features

After over two years of development and an entire season of field testing by different clubs, Accucros was introduced to the public in January 1998 and is currently in use by clubs across the United States.

Accucros was developed with one thing in mind - to automate the two main tasks needed to run an Autocross or Hillclimb, which are timing and scoring. Registration requirements are only the minimum needed for scoring functions. The goal was to make your event run with minimal effort.

Accucros turns a standard PC into a dedicated timing system.
No proprietary hardware is required because timing is done by the PC itself. No other computer based Autocross timer matches Accucros' 1/1000 timing accuracy. Some only provide 1/100 or worse resolution, and some "timing and scoring" programs don't do the timing at all! Easy to setup. Accucros consists of only ONE program file, just copy it to your computer and run. Easy to learn and use. Accucros was designed for one thing - Autocrossing, and has no equal in ease of use. You will be able to train new users DURING the event. Accucros quickly and easily produces the reports you need during your event,  plus you can export Accucros results to a spreadsheet to produce reports to meet the specific needs of your club.

Accucros will interface to a variety of triggers, even ones you may already own which keeps initial implementation and future maintenance costs low. Triggers can be connected to the serial or game (joystick) ports.
