At Glen Dougle Distillers, not only do we have to make a Scotch
fine enough to measure up to OUR standards, but we have to meet those
of men like Marc Healy, who demand nothing less than the best.
Our distillery, standing on the banks of Loch Haggis since 1643,
produces the rarest of Scotch Whiskeys. Still made as it was centuries
ago, our hallmark liquor is produced by the efforts of the entire hamlet
of Glen Dougle. Each August the local schoolchildren roam the
hillsides, gathering scotchberries to trample under their bare
feet in the scotch vats, as their fathers and mothers have done for generations
before them. Local tradesmen then ferment the scotchberry juice and age it
according to ancient custom. Finally, tradition meets technology as the
whiskey is finished by our our patented seven-step distillation
process. Care and craftsmanship such as this are what go into
every bottle of Glen Dougle, making it one of the finest spirits
available. Try Glen Dougle Scotch, and you'll know why folks around here say
"Laddy, lend us five quid fer a quaff o' Glen Dougle, an' we'll pay ya' back nex' Thursday."
