 Phyllis
Moses began her practice and study of yoga 25 years ago. Her love of
yoga led her to become a Certified Viniyoga Instructor and Yoga
Therapist, R.Y.T., with the American Viniyoga Institute. She teaches
internationally and has a focus in prenatal and therapeutic
yoga. Phyllis found that doing yoga during pregnancy was extremely
beneficial and became a Certified HypnoBirthing practitioner as
a way to further enhance a positive birth experience. |

In addition to a B.A.
in Psychology, and a Registered Counselor, Phyllis has enriched her
understanding of the mind through the study and practice of Buddhist
meditation. She is a compassionate teacher who brings depth and wisdom
to her classes. Phyllis is also available
for private sessions |
