Coolweb can usually be identified by the url of the hijack. You can use CWShredder to look at the latest blacklist.

Download the newest version of CWShredder then create a shortcut for it.
Right click on the shorcut and select properties.
Add /debug (there must be a space before the /) to the target info, hit apply and close. When you open the shortcut it will open to a list of known coolweb urls, which can also be searched.
