- Film: Kodak Royal Gold 200, hypered 3 hours @ 50°C
. Second image was hypered 2 hours @ 50°C after 1 hour vacum desication
@ 50 °C.
- Exposure: 1 x 60 min., 1 x 90 nitrogen purge during
exposure
- Processing: LRGB-Luminance layer made from BW copy
of 60 min. red channel then blended in Layers; Stacking in PW Pro 2.5;
- Levels, Curves in PS 6.0, BGSmooth 5/40
- Telescope: Takahashi FSQ-106 @ f/5
- Guiding: ST-4 through an Orion/Vixen 80mm f/11
- Location: Keechelus Ridge, Eastern Cascades, Washington
and Table Mt. site, Eastern Washington.
- Comments: First light with the FSQ-106. Good seeing
conditions, no wind. Second image taken with some wind. Slight vibrations
may
- have caused small amount of star elongation.
