Moosefest 2004 Pictures - 3
Barb proves dessert was really good. |
A fan created an donated a beautiful quilt that was raffled for charity. I bought many raffle tickets but unfortunately, didn't win it. In a turn of events which can only be described as truly Cicelian, the winner, Eddie, sent the quilt home with me because he lives in Southern California and doesn't need a quilt. !?! I didn't argue too much. |
| In another generous move, Eddie gathered together several fans presented Cynthia Geary with Roslyn, Washington/Moosefest artwork. I am a little biased when I say the art is fantastic - the artist is my sister. It is a 3D replica of Roslyn/Cicely, the characters from the show, and moosefest attendees. |
Cynthia, the art we gave her, and me. |
Don and I wondering if Marie has the camera figured out. |
Don McManus was a hoot. By the time he left Sunday morning, it was like we were all long lost friends. Every picture he took with a fan, he did like a prom picture. He has a lot of fun with life. |
In tradition, we had a lookalike contest with Adam (Kurt), Officer Semanski (Lisa), and Flo (from 4.6 On Your Own) (Gary). |
The lookalike contest. |
Kathy "Eagle Lips" wonders who is the drunk monkey behind the camera. |
Dan Dusek has worked on several projects since Northern Exposure. One of his latest ones is a series of Ford commercials. He is passionate about filming in the US, explaining that many movies and other film projects have been filmed outside of the US (although the storylines take place in the US) and it has taken away good jobs for those in the business. A different view of the negative aspect of outsourcing. During his visit, he proudly displayed a Kerry button (much to Gary's chagrin!) |
