The hull is completed at this point and turn over.
The sheer strip is stapled in place (no glue). The next couple of strips are applied in the same fashion as the hull (with glue).
Continuation of the deck stripping. The pattern strips have NO cove or bead. I inserted them early to assure the pattern that I wanted.
The down side of laying the pattern strips early is
the fact that you have to plane and fit a LOT of strips into the regions.
Overall, I feel my efforts were worth it. I am very happy with the pattern that I ended up with.
Completed and waiting for filler and epoxy.
