Reading by the Rules is WKRP's complete, easy to learn Sound Segmentation Training Program.

Reading by the Rules was developed by a speech/language pathologist specifically for children who have language based learning difficulties. The program was first used in 1990 by speech/language pathologists at an inner city school. The initial success of the program led to larger scale applications and the refinement and fine-tuning of the program and its materials.
