Bollywood movies, like the old American musical comedies, feature big production numbers with lots of dancing, singing, melodrama and romance. Dancing is an important and beloved part of Bollywood films. Although Bollywood choreographies originally drew from classical Indian dance and folk forms, belly dance, hip-hop, and jazz elements have recently entered the mix. This Bollywood choreography will be the hottest one yet, with sensuous moves, sassy hips and and flirtatious elements. Don't miss this chance to live out your Bollywood Fantasy! From out of town: Take your best route to I-55 through Illinois to Springfield, then: Take exit #100 west onto Sangamon Ave. Follow Sangamon Ave until you pass the Sangamon Center (strip mall) at 19th St. Pass under the railroad viaduct, and take an immediate LEFT into the Fair Plaza Shopping Center. We are slightly to the left of center in the strip mall. From in Town: Go north on 9th St and stay on past the bend where 9th turns into Peoria Rd. At the Sangamon Ave intersection (Walgreens on the R near corner; Fairgrounds on the L far corner; Thornton gas on the R far corner) turn RIGHT. Immediately after the Walgreens parking area, turn RIGHT into the Fair Plaza Mall parking lot. We are slightly to the left of center in the strip mall. |
