Ordering Information Please read thoroughly before ordering!! **How Do I Order?** It’s easy! Simply send me an email designsbykatie@hotmail.com
with the item you wish to purchase and the payment method you prefer. I will
try to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. I will send you
a paypal invoice or my contact information. Once payment is received, I will
send out your package!!! **Payments** I
accept PayPal (US and International), and Money Orders (US Only). Paypal
(Credit Cards and Instant Transfers ONLY): I am Paypal Verified. Not familiar with
Paypal?? Check it out at www.paypal.com. It is
secure, fast and best of all, FREE!! As both a buyer and a seller, I have NEVER
had a problem with Paypal. Payment MUST be
received within 5 days of ordering or item will be relisted!!! Money
Orders: US ONLY!!! Payment MUST arrive within 14
days of order or item will be relisted!! **Shipping** All
items are packaged in my signature hand embossed gift box with ribbon (unless
otherwise stated.). **In an effort to save on resources, I will be mailing items TWICE
a week, MONDAY AND THURSDAY. Please plan your purchase accordingly** **Returns** I want you to be happy with your new
jewelry. We all don’t like everything we buy, and I understand that. I will
gladly accept a return within 10 days of receipt of the item. You will get a
full refund on the purchase price, less shipping. Please email me prior to a
return. Items MUST be returned unworn, in the condition in which they are sent,
and in original packaging with all printed materials. I am not
responsible for return postage fees. I would suggest insuring the item as I will not be responsible for missing
packages. Once I receive your item, I will issue you a refund in the manner to which you paid. **Custom Orders** Custom Orders are
welcomed! I am happy to work with you in designing a unique piece. I will work
with you via email on bead choices and designs. To keep my designs ONE OF A
KIND, I will NO LONGER be making duplicates of jewelry in my Gallery. Once it
is sold, it is gone forever. However, I will design a similar piece for you,
but keep in mind it will NOT be the EXACT design of the original. A photo of your design will be emailed to you
for your final approval. I will work with you to make sure you are happy with
your new design. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required in order to
begin work (NO EXCEPTIONS). Turnaround time varies but it is usually about
2 weeks. I will let you know at time of order. Due to the nature of
custom orders, returns will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee (NO
EXCEPTIONS). **Design Information** You will get much more satisfaction creating a style that is
unique to YOU!! All jewelry is crafted
with the finest materials. Never plated metals or pewter. All lampwork is
purchased directly from the artists and not mass produced. They are, for the
most part one of a kind. All designs are strung on quality Soft Flex jewelry
wire which is virtually indestructible. Some designs include Swarovski crystal
or pearls, genuine gemstones, and quality Czech glass beads. All Designs and Contents
