Raymond
B. McFalone graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in
1977 from San Jose State University. He received his law
degree
in 1981 from Western State University in San Diego, California.
Mr.
McFalone has practiced law in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 23
years.
He has appeared on television and has been quoted in national magazines
as a recognized authority on estate planning. He is a frequent speaker
on various estate planning topics. Mr. McFalone’s unique law practice
includes
home visits for the convenience of his clients. He routinely
provides
free consultations and advise to individuals, non-profit organizations
and other groups on planned giving programs. He has also been
actively
involved in the education and awareness regarding pet trusts and care
of
animals in estate planning among other specialties.
