Welcome to the Lakewinds Cluster Association Website. Lakewinds is situated on the south western shore of Lake Thoreau in Reston, Virginia. Residents enjoy all of the amenities Reston has to offer as well as the serenity and relaxation of the lake. Lakewinds is an incorporated Property Owners' Association (POA). Under the covenants of the Lakewinds Cluster, all Lakewinds homeowners are members of both the Lakewinds Cluster Association and the Reston Association. These Associations own deeded common property and are supported by dues collected from their members. Please send comments about this site to the Webmaster.
