We are pleased to announce the completion of our First Phase of renovation including the installation of our new theatre systems (sound, lights, curtains, rigging, fly space) and added function (handicapped accessibility, orchestra pit, seating, security system). Since our Grand Opening in March 2006, the theatre has seen dozens of productions and events ranging from parent information nights to community concerts, talent shows, dance recitals, college night, our annual awards assembly, class gatherings, school concerts, the airing of a newly released mountain bike film, and of course, our spring musical. After being without a venue for over a year, it is exciting to see our school and community put our Theatre to use!

Our Final Phase is now underway. It involves an addition on High School Court to include dressing rooms, a shop area, theatre lobby, ticket booth concessionaire, and grand entrance featuring the recreation of our "lanterns of learning" which were demolished in the rehabilitation and retrofitting of our building in the 1960's.

We have a wonderful design and a million dollar donor looking for matching funds, which will make the dream of a state-of-the-art theatre a reality and fulfill our goal to provide the community and school with a first class performing arts venue.
