There
are several ways one may request funds from LVEF and other
organizations.
LVEF
Mini-Grants Program Designed
to provide small amounts of money (less than $500), the LVEF
Mini-Grants Program provides funds for a specific and limited
purpose that will benefit students of LVJUSD. All applications
are assessed by their ability to provide enrichment in any and
all areas of the curriculum and all grade levels for projects
that would not normally be financed by district funds. Teachers,
coaches, teams and student groups may apply. No parties or
celebrations will be funded. Available funds at the time of
application will impact the ability of LVEF to fund the
grant.

Donors Choose Donors
Choose is a simple way to provide students in need with resources
that public schools lack. Here, teachers submit ideas for
materials or experiences that their students need to learn and
community individuals choose a project and make it a classroom
reality. Click HERE
to access the Donors Choose website to search for projects in
need of funding or for Teachers to submit a proposal. NOTE:
This non-profit organization is not related to LVEF. Questions
should be directed to the contacts on the Donors Choose website.
