Mark Goodwin's License Plate Pages

Hello! My name is Mark Goodwin and I live in Lacey, Washington, USA. I've been a license plate collector since I picked up a 1972 Kentucky plate off a neighbor's front lawn sometime around 1974.  As a teenager I visited used car dealerships and junkyards and added more plates to my collection. It has just been in the last 10 years or so that I've discovered ALPCA (#8293) and that there is a whole world of plate collectors out there.  I am also now a member of the Europlate club based in England (#823) and the NPCC in Australia (#1048). 

The purpose of these pages is to hopefully do some plate trading and to share photos and information regarding license plates of the world. Please check my want and trade lists. I'm mostly interested in international plates and I have many international plates as well as US & Canadian plates for trade .
