Kathy Moore

Kathy Moore grew up in Kentucky, but it wasn't until she moved to Atlanta that she
learned to clog. She learned from Tandy Barrett in 1986, and danced with the
Chantilly Lace Cloggers. After moving to Northern Virginia, she danced with
the Bull Run Cloggers and Happy Feet Cloggers. She is now the director of the
Calico Cloggers.
Kathy has taught at various clogging and square dance workshops around the Mid-Atlantic
region,and she teaches clogging classes in the Northern Virginia area.
She became a C.L.O.G Certified Clogging Instructor in 2004.
Kathy is a software engineer currently working on a NOAA contract. She is the webmaster
for the Calico Cloggers and dcdancenet.com/clogging. She also enjoys rollerblading,
tennis, skiing, ballroom, swing, and square dancing.
