The buyer is required to have the bird(s) examined by an avian veterinarian of his/her choice at buyers expense within 3 days of purchase. If during this 3 day period, the bird(s) are found to have a condition that affects their health or well-being as determined by the examining veterinarian, I agree at my discretion to replace bird(s) with same species, pay for medications necessary to bring the bird to good health or give a full refund (depending on what the vet report shows). If the bird(s) die within this 3 day period, you must refrigerate (NOT FREEZE) the bird immediately, then take the bird(s) to an avian veterinarian for a necropsy at buyers expense. A full refund will be given after I receive the veterinarians necropsy report, depending on the veterinarians findings which will be determined at my discretion. If you have other birds in your house, I require a vet check immediately following pick up. Failure to produce documentation of your vet visit and/or not following these instructions will void my guarantee.
