Bonus Opportunity

I also offer my students bonus opportunities during the year as stated in the Grading Policy. There are three types of bonuses that are available at any time. Students are reminded that all bonuses are due no later than 1 week before the end of the marking period.

Museum Exhibit Review (pdf)
Museum Exhibit Review (non-pdf)

Students that have visited a museum or a historic place in the last 6 months may write a review using this format. The most care should be taken with the last question. That is the answer that will show that you had some intellectual connection with the site.

WWW Resource Suggestion

Students may suggest a WWW resource to add to my list of resources. They may also suggest a description for an existing listing. Any new suggestions must meet criteria for a beneficial research site. Descriptions must be written in a manner that would be appropriate for a teacher to use to describe a site. If you want to do a number of descriptions, you might want to go to a single page and complete a block of links. (This will make it very easy for me to use your description.)

Extra Credit Cinema

This page gives instructions on what to write to receive bonus credit for watching movies.
