INTRODUCTION
My name is Judi Neckritz and I am the owner and operator of ANIMAL CRACKERS TLC AT YOUR HOME PET SITTING SERVICES OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND. We make your pets feel right at home with lots of tender loving care. We fully recognize that each pet is an individual with their own needs and personalities. My associates and I are avid animal lovers. We all have lively and lovable dogs, cats, and birds who are important members of our families. So we understand first hand the importance of duplicating your pet's daily routines and habits in the comfort and security of your own home while you are away. Our policy is that only one of us will be assigned consistently to service your pet to establish a stable, anxiety free relationship. Our services maintain your pet's safety ,security, and health during your absence. We provide a watch and protection over your own home while you are away. Preserving your pets normal routines in the comfort of a familiar environment eliminates any stresses or illnesses that may occur due to the owner's absence. Animal Crackers TLC always provides PERSONALIZED PET SITTING SERVICES specifically tailored to meet you and your pet's individual needs especially since our pet clients range from the very young to the very old. ANIMAL CRACKERS TLC is also highly recommended by many Howard County veterinarians and dog trainers. As members of NAPPS (National Association of Professional Pet Sitters) and PSI (Pet Sitters International) we have Liability and Bonding Insurance. PET SITTING SERVICES
At ANIMAL CRACKERS TLC we take the time to meet with you and your pets in your own home for a FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION. At this meeting we get acquainted with your pets' daily routines, walking routes, play preferences, feeding habits, litter set-up, sleeping patterns, medications as well as any training issues you want us to work on. We also obtain keys, security, ighting and mail retrieval instructions. A Client Reference List is provided and our Emergency Form is filled out. At this visit you can also secure the pet sitting dates you require on the calendar and we can answer any questions you may have. An important service we provide is giving each new client an individualized Pet Sitting Binder. You can place this out for us with each visit and we will update it each time with a Daily Pet Diary consisting of notes on your pet's visit to keep you informed and in the loop about all your pets while you are away. This binder is also a great place for you to leave us notes about any current changes of routine or changes in medications that you would like made or things that you would like us to watch for. OVERNIGHT STAYS * Includes a dinner visit, followed by a late evening to early morning visit
