Update
"The Latest" open house and pottery show was a real hit. It happened on Sunday, November 12th if you missed it. What a great turn out, I'd say. Thanks to all who showed up. It really isn't much of an event without the people. The show had a really nice relaxed feel, it was important to have it that way so people didn't feel like in order to attend they had to buy something.
My dad made this really awsome soup, that many people tried, and my mom had great appetizers that she prepared. I got a lot of really nice comments on all aspects of things I'm doing (paintings, music, pottery). I spoke to many of people I hadn't seen in a while too. Nice to get some feedback, among them being that I should do this again next year. Sounds like a plan.
