Sonny D.

Sonny was the ferret from the Great Kitten Caper. The lady that had the cats and kittens took Sonny in because he was being passed from home to home and she felt sorry for him. Sonny was the product of a good heart without the means to care for him. He was being fed meow mix and was infested with fleas. Sonny's cage was a small guinea pig cage and was not in the best condition. He was so friendly and I knew I had to rescue him as well as the kittens. I didn't know anything about ferrets at the time so I contacted a few ferret rescues. I was lucky once again because the lady the runs Hide-E-Hole Ferret Rescue made room for Sonny. Sonny wasn't with the ferret rescue for long. He got a clean bill of health and was adopted by a lady in West Virginia.
