This is the second Harold and Kumar movie. It picks up where the first left off, however if you didn't see the first don't worry. I didn't either and it makes no difference.

Harold and Kumar are two pot-heads who are on their way to Amsterdam when they're mistaken for terrorists and sent to the prison at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba.

That sounds serious, but I assure you this movie is not only a comedy but a very funny one. While the movie gets off to a slow start, it picks up steam as Harold and Kumar encounter many ridiculous situations during and after their escape from Guantanamo.

On their way to try to clear their names, they encounter a wide spectrum of Americans. Indeed, perhaps the biggest feature of this film is how it makes fun of the numerous racial stereotypes that the writers were able to excavate out of that packed fertilizer known as American culture.

While I am concerned that the actor who played Kumar failed to exhibit a sufficiently wide range of facial expressions, Harold (the Asian) was quite believable as were most supporting characters.
