Introduction
Advocates for allowing more Mexicans to immigrate illegally
and legally to the USA
have a battery of myths, bad arguments and
outright lies -- in a word propaganda --
that they use to further their cause.
While I am not specifically against Mexican immigration
or immigration itself, I am very much against dimwitted propaganda
and racism, hence this page.
Indeed the point of this web page is mainly to address the
sheer ludicrousness and/or infantility
of that propaganda, which is so often conveyed by
corporate and alternative news sources.
They repeat their messages over and over, hoping
that lazy thinkers will come to accept them
without question.
In addition, although both liberals and Neoconservatives consistently
and conveniently turn a blind eye to the fact, some of the propaganda and
the people who promote it are downright racist.
These people openly speak of "reconquista" (reconquering) of the US Southwest,
and they are motivated by racism and power-lust.
It is important to ask:
Why is the infantile logic of supporting illegal immigration and
even promoting racism being pushed by the media?
What political purpose does it serve?
And always ask, who profits?
Some reasons:
- Agribusiness needs more cheaper-than-slaves workers for their fields and illegal Mexicans are useful for that.
- Small businesses seek illegals because they are cheap as slaves and desperate: unlike teenagers and other citizens.
- Unions hope to find new dues-paying members by courting illegal Mexicans.
- Democrats hope to
buy find new loyal voters by courting illegal Mexicans and floating the possibility of amnesty. (Hungry for power Hillary Clinton hired La Raza activists to run her presidential campaign.)
- The Catholic church hopes to find more
suckers believers and easy money by courting Mexicans.
- The elites salivate at the prospect of further dividing Americans and maintaining their power. They distract us from the fact that they control both political parties. They distract us from the fact that 9/11 was an inside job. They distract us from the fact that a cartel of international bankers control our Federal Reserve and thus hold our country hostage.
- Wealthy Americans profit personally by bringing illegals into their homes to take on servant role -- disturbingly similar to that of black slaves in the Old South.
After all, as I have said, the tone of some of the propaganda is
downright sinister.
Some of the more racist Mexicans speak of taking over the USA and
killing off the whites and others.
Propaganda that was once considered at a minimum foolish
and at worst the racist spouting of Mexican hate-groups
(like Mecha and Mexica, and a lesser extent La Raza)
is now given an air of legitimacy in many places.
Both corporate and "alternative" media alike seem to
have decided that talk of insurrection against the USA and racism toward
non-Mexicans is useful to them and must be promoted.
This only exposes them as tools of the elite.
The rich can only remain in power if we non-rich
people are divided and conquered.
The added benefit is that dirt-poor immigrants are cheaper than slaves
and thus boost profits.
To be sure, there is tame propaganda that is merely foolish, as well.
But the hatred embodied in the extremist propaganda
is remarkable, and seems to infect much more
of the Mexican population than most are willing to admit.
Indeed 58% of Mexicans say that the US Southwest belongs to Mexico.
In Southern California, Mexicans are said to even
taunt whites with sayings like "We're going to
out-breed you and push you out."
Sinister intentions are winning the day.
Weak minds are falling down in the face of propaganda.
The cancer-like naivete of Americans regarding politics
is again showing itself.
We who can think for ourselves must stand up to the nonsense
and the hate.
Some fundamentals
History of California, representative of the history of the Southwest:
- 12000-15000 years occupation by migrants from:
- Asia via Berling Stait ice bridge (areas near Tibet)
- Pacific Islands via island-hopping sea travelers
- Europe (the "Solutrean" culture) via north Atlantic ice sheet.
- 50-100 years partial occupation by the Spanish during which Spaniards enslaved and imprisoned the natives. In California those who returned to their hunter-gatherer culture were summarily shot.
- 30 years indirect control by Mexicans by which time most natives had died from diseases; drought; conflict. The Southwest was mostly devoid of humans.
- Mexican-American war 1846-1848. USA conquers Mexico. USA occupies Mexico City. Being generous however we paid them $3.25 million for the Southwest.
- 160 years of ownership by Americans who are now the predominant native population.
Note that in the past few thousand years, the empires of tribes from
present-day Mexico like the Aztecs and Mayans never
reached into the area of the modern USA: because
North American tribes occupied those lands.
The bogus principle of first occupation
You should always be skeptical when any group says
that its people were in a place long ago, therefore
they get to occupy it.
The Israelis used this argument to displace and commit atrocities against
millions of Palestinians, sending them out of
Palestine. Today racist Mexicans
are trying to use the same principle
to displace Americans out of America.
It's a dirty tactic, to say the least.
Nevertheless they march in our streets
holding signs telling Americans to go back to Europe.
Yet as you can see from the history above,
Mexico had only the briefest hold over the Southwest --
far less than did North American tribes.
And Mexico certainly never had a claim on
the many other parts of the USA.
Furethermore the USA paid Mexico for the Southwest,
and Mexico accepted and took the USA's money.
The fact that they do not have a strong argument
for Mexicans' being allowed to take over
means they have to resort to using lies as well as
loud character assassination,
as when they
accuse American patriots of being racists simply for
seeking to defend the country.
Mexican-nationalist extremists learned long ago
that in the USA, an accusation
of racism, even when uttered in the complete absense of the fact of racism,
carries a great deal of weight and can be used to silence
even people who are overwhelmingly in the right.
New World Order
Evidence has surfaced over the past five decades
that the elites have the intention to merge
the USA, Canada, and Mexico into a North American Union,
and dispose of the US Constitution in the process.
They seem to despise the Constitution, as when George W. Bush
called it "just a goddamned piece of paper".
The evidence seems to show that
their ultimate goal is a one-world (fascist) government.
Part of that plan requires destroying the
US middle class and lower class, a key part of which
permitting immigration far in excess of what America needs.
Mexicans who have been brainwashed by the Mexican
educational system and media into believing the Southwest
belongs to them are playing a key role in
that process: the role of divisive, racist invader
who prides himself on showing disrespect.
Other immigrants are also being used, especially
as a tool for the removal of Americans from the
middle-class professional workforce.
For more information, google terms such as
Bilderberg, New World Order, Rockefeller and CFR.

A. Mexicans do jobs that Americans won't,
therefore there is no harm to Americans.
|
Incorrect for two reasons:
- This claim wrongly assumes that Americans never desire or even need to do landscaping; restaurant work; any other of a large number of jobs that Mexicans are taking. It is a bogus assumption.
- Americans wants jobs but the presence of illegal Mexican workers and others in the job market has lowered wages. In some cases Mexicans have simply locked out Americans and taken over entire categories of work.
Why are Mexicans able to take so much less money?
It has been reported that many illegal Mexicans
actually stay with relatives while in the USA,
surely paying little or no rent.
In the case of "The Pick" in Napa Valley, California,
when grapes are harvested each year,
the winery owners have seen fit
to let Mexicans sleep in their cars,
under overpasses, or even (I've heard) in the fields,
in addition to with relatives or other housing options.
For some it's a no-rent, no-housing situation.
Many retail businesses in the USA are also now
conspicuously staffed by American
teenagers for the exact same reason. They receive
low pay, because they don't pay rent.
|
| B. Illegal Mexicans workers are good for the US economy.
|
This is very much a lie.
They are good only for the profits of the
businesses that hire them. Everyone else suffers,
including legal immigrants
and even the illegals themselves.
The role Mexican workers play in the labor market is
to help business owners reduce costs, increase profits,
and drive down wages generally for all US workers,
which is bad for the economy.
They also transfer large amounts of wages
outside of the USA to Mexico and other countries,
which is also bad for the economy.
In 2004, the amount sent
was $30 billion (link).
Because they are undocumented,
they often do not pay taxes,
because doing so would put them at risk of
deportation. This too is bad for the economy.
Illegals also receive free services such as
education for their children, in some cases
free college education, and free health care.
American unjustly taxpayers pay for all of it.
Illegal Mexicans are bringing diseases into the USA
at high rates, including drug-resistant TB.
The impact of their diseases on the USA
means a real monetary loss for the nation
and could lead to a pandemic.
The Center for Disease Control (CDC)
says TB incidences among foreign-born hispanics
increased from 1986 to 1995.

Lastly, in the case of retail business,
profits suffer when customers become frustrated
with people who
speak broken English or no English at all
(which I've personally witnessed).
|
| C. "We aren't terrorists so don't persecute us." (Source: NPR interview during April/May 2006 protests.)
|
This expression deliberately misconstrues
the concerns of American citizens
and tries to lay a guilt trip on them.
- It trivializes the concern (which is a serious one) of citizens that actual terrorists are coming over the border by implying that the incomplete and porous Wall exists solely to keep out Mexicans. This is not true.
- It distracts from the voluntary wrongs that immigrants commit such as criminal acts and driving down wages. And the involuntary wrongs of immigrants such as bringing diseases like Tuberculosis into the USA.
It's a kind of negative self-referential
Strawman argument, useful in warding off
criticism.
It's also a fallacy of the form "denial of the antecedent".
In addition, pro-Mexican immigrant fanatics
know full well that many who
cross the border are in the drug trade
or connected to it, which does indeed
engage is terrorist acts upon
American border patrol agents
and Drug Enforcement Agents.
NewsMax story.
|
| D. Mexicans can become model citizens.
|
This is just more bogus ethnic cheer-leading
typical of the pro-Mexico camp.
The truth is,
Mexicans especially in California
are often are disrespectful toward
America and Americans,
as well as toward Mexican-Americans.
Mexican-Americans have complained to me of
their relatives in Mexico
being petty
even toward them.
At issue really is whether
the mass importation of Mexicans into America
will drown out American culture.
Mexican culture is inherently different from American culture.
If new immigrants dominate in an area
the question is, will they be inclined to keep their culture
alive rather than become Americans.
Obviously "becoming a model citizen" in
a melting pot culture requires
that they become like us.
See the section
Key point about culture
above.
Some data about Mexican culture
If Mexican president
Vicente Fox is an example
of Mexican culture, we should be very concerned indeed.
He recently made a disparaging
statement
about African-Americans as being lazy,
and later he referred to women as
two-legged washing machines.
Witness how Mexicans consider it normal
to
torture or hit their children.
Mexicans seem to generally support a
racist extremism
that goes largely uncriticized by the US media.
In 2002, a Zogby poll
found that 58% of Mexicans believe
the Southwest USA belongs to Mexico.
Such an attitude
would not make them model citizens but
rather: if they became citizens and has that attitude,
they would be traitors.
Mexicans are known for being devout
Catholics. Only 3% of Mexicans are atheists.
Some of the more religious Mexicans are known
for their Pat-Robertson-like intolerant views,
which is not something the secular USA needs more of.
|
| E. All Mexicans work hard in the USA therefore they deserve citizenship via amnesty.
|
(Argument type:
Argumentum ad misericordiam)
It's a bogus argument for 2 reasons.
- In every country there are immigrants who work hard. There is simply no reason why working hard should gain a person citizenship.
- Not all Mexicans work hard or do the same quality of work or work at comparable jobs.
Question:
If one Mexican green-card holder is earning his citizenship
by working as a soldier in the US military,
which shows real commitment, bravery,
self-sacrifice and the ability
to speak English, why should we
put him on the same level as an illegal
Mexican flipping burgers at a
McDonalds
who refuses to learn English?
Thus, some are hardworking, and some are hardly working.
|
| F. The American Southwest was once a part of the mythic Aztlan therefore it must be "reconquered" for dark-skinned people.
|
Such is the claim of (for example)
the rightwing racist group
La Voz de Aztlan,
based in Los Angeles and
appropriately enough being tracked by
those who track hate groups.
Such is also the claim of the racist Mexicana group.
Voz de Aztlan unsurprisingly advocates for Mexicans' taking
over the
American Southwest, very similar to Hitler's Nazis seizing
"Lebensraum" (room to live). They also call for genocide
of Whites.
But like Hitler's bogus claims about a
great Aryan past and vast Aryan territorial control,
the sad truth is,
the Mayan and Aztec Empires never reached the territory
that is today the USA.
(Native Americans should be outraged
by this kind of talk coming from Mexicans.)
But why worry about a small extremist group?
Because their nutty rhetoric is not so different from
everyday Mexicans' views.
- In 2002 a Zogby poll found that most Mexicans believe that the American Southwest rightfully belongs to Mexico and that they have a right to enter it without US govt permission. This is in line with the Voz de Aztlan call to arms.
- In a great many US universities there are student chapters of a racist group called Mecha. This group supposedly takes the ideas of La Voz de Aztlan to heart.
Essentially they have devised their own Manifest Destiny,
which in our culture is debunked but in their
backward, tribalistic view is vital.
|
| G. US workers are just too lazy to take hard jobs.
|
False at best, disgustingly racist at worst.
This claim is deliberately used to
obscure a terrible predicament:
Namely, that as more and more American workers are finding
themselves laid off due to downsizing and globalization
and the mass importation of foreigners,
Americans are having to take any work they can get
and those jobs are often low-paying.
Sadly, it is exactly now that more Americans need those
low-paying jobs that foreigners are
indirectly locking out Americans and/or
bringing down wages.
|
| H. Americans do not even apply for jobs that Mexicans take.
| Deliberately misleading.
Illegal Mexicans get jobs because they illegally
accept lower wages while illegally in the USA.
The mere presense of illegal workers
causes US businesses to lock out
American citizens (whites, blacks, asians, native hispanics, etc.)
Unethical employers will always take the
cheapest most exploitable
worker, and that is often the Mexicans.
If employers could get free labor, they would.
(In fact they do, just look at the Girl Scouts.)
|
| I. Mexican workers are hard workers.
|
This is an empty claim. No justification is ever
provided, and the existence of a few hard working people
does not prove that all of them are hard-working.
Furthermore, any desperate person
will work hard, especially if mafia types have taken
their passports in order to force them to work,
which in some cases is known
to happen to illegal aliens of all ethnicities and origins.
Yet the fact is that a person being
desperate doesn't mean their
work is good quality.
Also, this claim conceals the fact
that while working, a Mexican may pass on any
diseases he or she has to coworkers,
managers, or customers. Mexican border
towns are rife with TB and other serious diseases
and illegals are bringing them into the USA.
Drug-resistant TB is on the rise along the border.
|
| J. Mexican workers are innocent pawns.
|
Illegal Mexican workers know very well that they affect American
workers negatively, but they largely don't care
or are too busy to care. Just by being here they are
siding with management and
never do they accept culpability
for their actions.
|
| K. Illegal immigrants work hard and therefore deserve free health care and their children deserve free education and citizenship (upon birth).
|
Firstly, the burden of proof is on the illegal immigrant
to prove he or she works hard. I have encountered many
who do not work hard and who make zero effort
to learn English.
Secondly, they're here illegally. Lawbreakers of this type
deserve punishment, not perks.
Regarding healthcare:
if 50 million US citizens don't deserve free socialized healthcare,
according to whores in the pro-business US Congress,
why would illegal non-citizens who
often pay no taxes deserve it?
Although I believe basic health care is a human right,
and is precisely the kind of service that republics
were created to provide, the word
republic (res publicum) indicates it is
"a thing of the people", specifically of citizens.
Citizenship is the key development of the Enlightenment
that converted serfs into citizens who have rights
and that progress should not be dismantled now.
Remember also, illegals are working
for unscrupulous businesses such as Walmart
who gladly outsource the extra costs
of having cheap labor onto society.
This practice of "externalization" of costs
is a characteristic of unethical
businesses, and the solution
is to ban that practice and/or shut down such businesses.
The irony of the free-services issue is that
the services in question are paid for primarily by US workers
who are the primary ones harmed by illegal immigration.
US workers should not be asked to economically assist
Mexicans in harming US workers' prospects.
|
| L. Mexico and USA can benefit one another through immigration of Mexican to the USA.
|
Illegal Mexican immigrants essentially import poverty
into the USA and move money (in the billions of dollars)
out of the USA.
The Mexican government is well aware of the
negative impact on the US workers and
categorically does not care.
In a real sense, Mexico is still at war with the USA.
|
| M. Mexicans are an unseen benefit: working only in the shadows.
|
Illegals increase overpopulation, as does their high birth rate,
which leads to more poverty and crime.
When illegals move in to an area, they do so in large
numbers. They are never innocuous.
As of early 2007, there has been a string of
deaths in the US caused by drunken drivers who were
illegal aliens from Mexico.
|
| N. Mexicans are morally upstanding and family-oriented people.
| Right. And they come from a country where the drug trade supports the economy. A country where cops demand bribes and where political assassinations are common. A country where the military assists drug runners cross over the border into the USA. Can we please dispense with the moronic ethnic and nationalistic cheerleading? Only an 8-year-old or a retard would believe it.
Firstly the claim is very often alarmingly false,
but even when true I would prefer a smart, educated,
good-looking unwed immigrant any day to
a dumb religious peasant who believes in family.
This claim is clearly intended
to appeal to religious Americans' stupid obsession
with family values,
and is therefore a con.
Some points:
Firstly, when Mexicans are family-oriented
they are oriented toward
their families, in opposition to
American families.
When they come here and lower our wages
or simply take American jobs, they knowingly
assault American families.
The label "family oriented" is a device used to con you.
Secondly, let us suppose that a Mexican family
claims to be morally upstanding because they are very
religious.
Religion, last time I checked, is a major
cause of unethical behavior
including intolerance, child abuse
and moral hypocrisy.
So the label "morally upstanding" is also
a device intended to deceive fools.
Truth is, many Mexicans' religious views are as intolerant as
the Christian Right's.
Third,
in California which has a
higher percentage of Mexicans
than most other states,
about 40% of Mexican mothers are unwed.
Most of whom are surely teenage mothers.
Why would I say that?
Read on...
Fourth, it has been reported that increasingly
in Mexican gang culture, machismo
require that teenage boys prove their manliness by
- Getting a girl pregnant and...
- Then ditching her.
That is absolutely the polar opposite to both the
"family oriented" and
"morally upstanding" labels.
So why do Mexicans avoid speaking about it?
Because it serves the tribe's goal of
out-breeding other groups, i.e. blacks, Asians, whites,
and other Latinos.
Fifth,
Mexican criminal gangs are now everywhere in the USA.
Yet another reason
not to believe the stereotype that
racist Mexicans' and their supporters promote.
Sixth, as mentioned above,
the Mexican economy's is based in large part on the
illegal drug trade, which everyone knows.
Again this disproves any promoted stereotype
that Mexican fanatics wish to put forward
of themselves, and destroys any claim on moralism
or family values.
Lastly,
even as a child I witnessed my
adult Mexican neighbors'
predilection for stupidly beating their own children
without need.
If advocates for Mexican cultural practices
think that beating children
is proof of morality or family values,
they are wrong and they need their heads examined.
|
| O. Liberals should support the poor of Mexico by supporting immigration. They are underdogs and victims.
|
Liberals are fools or worse to support a Mexican invasion.
It exposes them as anti-worker and anti-citizen.
1. Anti-worker
Now, of course every astute observer knows that liberals
are not really on the side of American workers
or working class.
They are usually middle-class snobs who
spend their time in front of the mirror saying
Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the most open-minded
of them all?
... while making fun of
their poor white neighbors and
referring to them as rednecks, hicks, or "white trash".
2. Anti-citizen
The whole point of the Enlightenment
was to make citizens of serfs and thereby
create nations. Liberals want to dismantle the nation-state
however by allowing free movement of labor.
This suits their predilection for get-rich fantasies of
casino-style capitalism
and is not based on any big-hearted Marxist
theory about all workers uniting.
Indeed, they want to make US workers poor and give away
citizenship to anybody who asks for it
because doing so divides and conquers
the lower class. That's liberalism.
Who is victimizing Mexicans?
If Mexican illegals are underdogs or victims,
they are first victims of rich Mexicans, who keep them down and
poor by signing bad deals like NAFTA (that gracious liberal Bill Clinton's
Endloesung for the American working class).
No surpise that George W. Bush referred to Clinton as his "brother"
and Barbara Bush called Bill his "son".
But primarily they are victims of their own bad choices.
- The moment a Mexican illegally sets foot in the USA he is a victim of the consequences of his choice. Legal Mexicans are welcome albeit as stooges of greedy agribusiness corporations. But breaking the law is dumb.
- The moment he begins illegal work in the USA he compounds his stupidity and has only himself to blame.
- By producing more children than he/she can afford the Mexican compounds problems in Mexico turning it nearly into a ghetto-country and that is very stupid.
|
| P. California belongs to Mexico anyway so Mexicans are right to invade it.
|
The Mexican-American War was decisive and final.
Mexicans have no right to come to the USA
without our permission, and Mexico's brief 30 year period of
administering California and other parts of the Southwest
after the Spanish lost their hold on it means nothing now.
American citizens have inhabited California and
the West for 150 years or more.
When they claim they "deserve" they are
expressing a nationalism that is as extreme as Hitler's.
Remember, native Americans lived in California
for over 10,000 years before the Spanish came.
To Mexicans, that counts for nothing.
That is the measure of their greed
and their hatred.
|
| Q. The argument is put forth by rightwing Mexicans that the plight of Mexicans is like that of the Palestinians. They liken the USA to Israel. (Such rightists are typically anti-Semitic and homophobic.)
|
The truth is 180 degrees in opposition to their claim.
Mexicans are the ones who are claiming
that a brief period of control long ago lets them
abuse and expel the current inhabitants,
which is what Israel is doing.
The population of the USA is therefore like the Palestinians,
victims of Mexicans' lust for land and power.
Thus the claim is a ploy using emotionally-charged
political language to make an impression
in the hope that the listener will be shocked
into never questioning the claim critically.
Consider the case of California.
The retreating Spanish long ago handed California over to
the Mexicans,
who administered California for a brief period of 30 years.
Mexico's hold over the territory was neither appropriate
nor legitimate, as Mexico was and still is a basket-case of a
country
politically and economically.
The region was sparsely populated
because the Spanish nearly committed genocide upon the native
population by military means and with diseases.
But today, some Quixotic Mexican radicals,
most of them eager racists,
believe they must "reconquer" California.
Interestingly, it is also the same argument that was used by
the Nazis to pursue more territory in Eastern Europe,
which they termed Lebensraum, meaning "room to live."
|
| R. NAFTA has wrought economic disaster on Mexico. Therefore it is the cause of current immigration. The USA created NAFTA. Therefore it is OK to be a burden on the USA by coming to the USA for work.
|
This line of reasoning is common but ridiculous.
- NAFTA is only one cause of immigration and claiming it is the only cause is dishonest. By far the largest cause is that Mexican breed more children than they can support.
- Working Americans suffer the most from Mexican immigration yet had nothing to do with getting NAFTA passed in the Congress and do not deserve to be harmed or burdened by the presence of Mexicans.
- Two wrongs do not make a right i.e. NAFTA is bad -- clearly -- but illegal immigration which is also bad does not make up for NAFTA or make things right. It only makes things worse.
|
| S. Mexicans are just victims who need our help.
|
The world is full of victims seeking freebies.
They're nice until the freebies run out.
Mexicans are self-made victims of their own tendency to
produce more children than they can afford,
which has caused overpopulation and poverty
that not a single American is responsible for.
Mexicans are guilty of perpetrating
in some cases deliberate over-breeding
for their own hubris, since it is a feature
of Mexican culture to take pride in having more children
than others and being more fertile.
|
| T. The best Mexicans are coming to the USA.
|
Ridiculous lie.
Mexico is exporting its poorest, most desperate people.
They are also often the poorest educated.
Many are in fact illiterate.
Mexican leaders have specifically been criticized
for "exporting poverty" rather than fixing
Mexico's political and economic problems.
Furthermore, if they are truly the best then Mexico
needs to retain them to help make Mexico become more
competitive.
If Mexico really needed these people,
it would strive to retain them.
Thus the claim is a lie.
|
| U. If you send the Mexicans away then the tourism and agriculture industries will collapse.
|
False.
This claim assumes that
(A) there are no similarly
desperate workers in the USA, but in truth there are,
(B) that immigrants from other countries
wouldn't be better guests than Mexicans,
which is false, and
(C) that it is ethical and moral to pay
workers wages that are below the minimum wage.
|
|
V. Mexicans deserve humane treatment
when trying to illegally enter into the USA.
|
Surely all people do deserve humane
treatment before they are sent back,
which is why it is so ironic
that Mexicans say this,
knowing full well that the Mexican
government treats migrants
into or through Mexico on its southern border
so harshly.
Their appealing for humane treatment
is therefore a hypocritical,
cynical manipulation.
The wolf pretends to be a sheep.
The most humane thing to do is to
block off the border entirely.
|
| W. The Mexicans I meet are nice people. Why not let nice people into the USA?
|
Sure, and by that logic why not let them into your bank account?
Everybody is nice before we let them in. Only after to we learn the truth.
Every immigrant acts nice because
the USA is the #1 destination for immigration.
Immigrants know:
- They are getting many freebies and special treatment.
- They are taking jobs the Americans would do if they paid decent wages.
- They are bringing down wages generally while pushing up taxes as well as apartment rental rates and real estate prices.
They know, in varying degrees,
what a deal they are getting and the negative
impact they are having on
US citizens,
but the typical American is asleep and therefore doesn't know
any of this.
It is time to wake for Americans to wake
up and realize they are being robbed.
|
| X. I support the free movement of labor across borders. I would like to work in another country without being limited.
|
So what?
Firstly, your personal desires are that of one person.
Mexicans want to invade the USA by many tens of millions,
and already have.
Second: Karl Marx, too, argued for open borders
and the free movement of labor, although
that was an ideological stance without consideration
of the consequences, and no communist state has
ever implemented it.
Why? Because there is no possible way to prevent open
borders from leading to massive chaos and suffering.
It's a no-brainer.
|
| Y. The fact that 40% of Mexican mothers in California are unwed says nothing about Mexicans because for instance in Iceland even more mothers are unwed. Anyway there is nothing wrong with unwed mothers.
|
There is nothing immoral or bad, in my view,
with being an unwed mother per se
because these days only the well-off
can afford to get married anyway.
However, Mexicans, who are some of the most
dishonestly self-promoting people on Earth,
claim to be especially "family oriented" and to have
strong family values, which in their case
implies Catholic social conservatism.
The 40% statistic simply points out the hypocrisy
and dishonesty of such Mexican self-promotion.
FYI, as an atheist myself
I could care less about Christian "family values"
which are a fraud anyway.
|
| Z. Terrorists will never get through an open border because Mexicans will point them out to US officials. (This idea is presented by comedian Carlos Mencia in one of his rants. Note: Carlos is not Mexican and his first name is actually Ned.)
|
Mencia is joking of course, but lest anyone
take the idea seriously, it has 3 problems:
- It is not the job of illegal immigrants to police the border therefore they should not be relied upon to do so.
- Illegals would never approach border personnel if their passage across the border area were successful. Only persons who were caught would speak up.
- Illegals do not have a personal interest in protecting the USA unless they have relatives in the USA. And surely many do not.
|
| A1. Mexico is a peaceful place. Mexicans are peaceful hard-working people. Therefore Mexicans are ideal immigrants to the USA.
|
Firstly, if you think Mexico is peaceful, then consider:
- The Mexican economy is mostly based on the violent drug trade.
- Their army has repressed Zapatista fighters who represent poor indigenous workers. The leader of the Zapatistas (Subcomandante Marcos) recently suggested that the government should be overthrown.
- The Mexican national anthem sounds like something that German Nazis would have been proud to sing. It constantly mentions war and the Fatherland.
- The Mexican military has recently been making excursions into US territory: apparently to help drug runners.
- Mexico is known for treating migrants crossing over their southern border much worse than the US treats Mexican migrants.
- Mexicans have come over into the USA to attack and even assassinate border agents and DEA agents and threaten their families.
- It has been reported that kidnappings for ransom have become common in Mexico City.
Furthermore one cannot successfully claim
that Mexicans are all peaceful people.
To do so would be banal ethnic cheer-leading i.e.
tribalism.
The truth is, many criminals come across
the border and are either caught
by the border patrol or not.

| B1. Mexicans are just coming here to work and want to go home afterwards.
|
A lie that conceals a serious problem.
It is common knowledge that the reason for
entering the USA illegally is not just
to work,
but also to give birth, so that newborns
will be granted immediate US citizenship.
These newborns are termed anchor babies
because they allow the parents to stay
and provide an excuse for the family
to bring the extended family into the USA.
In Ireland, they recognized that immigrants
use this to scam the country.
As a result, Ireland changed its laws and
no longer gives citizenship
to the children of illegals.
The USA has yet to wake up to its being scammed
in this way.

| C1. The Spanish-speakers explored and settled the West so they should be able to live there now. (And by implication they should be able to completely dominate and own it.)
|
This is just typical thinking exhibited by racists.
"Our race-tribe had ancient ownership, so you different people
are trespassers."
It is a logic employed so that one modern group of people can
justify publicly and in their own minds the seizure
of the territory of another modern group of people.
If this argument will be used, it must be
taken to its logical conclusion, which is
to find the most ancient residents.
Studies of DNA show
that the first North Americans were Solutreans from Europe,
followed by Asians from near Tibet.
Taking the argument to its logical conclusion,
we should give the land back to whoever
is most genetically similar to those people,
who today would be groups living near Tibet,
Western Europeans,
and their descendants the Native (North) Americans.
Mexicans are none of these.

| D1. The English and Irish came here illegally so send them home instead of Mexicans! (This idea was presented to me by yet another of those liberal Caucasian academics you year about.)
|
First, the Irish came here legally as migrants.
The English came here when there were only
tribes and no nation of laws.
Back then, "immigration" by any group was cause for
tribal war. While the English &
American did seize land, to be fair native groups
weren't known for their humanitarian record either.
Usually, a racist claim like saying that Anglos are here
illegally is presented by
those who desire
ethnic cleansing of non-Mexicans,
like the Voz de Aztlan hate group
and other lunatics.
Occasionally academics spout it as well,
because simplistic abstractions
appeal to their childish side, no matter how
wrong or ridiculous or ugly or anti-intellectual.
For to blame the
European immigrants who came here beginning
500 years ago -- in fact,
the Vikings arrived 1000 years ago --
or to blame their descendants
is a mindless racist call to arms,
similar to what I describe in section C1.
It is in some cases hate speech, i.e.
deliberate incitement of violence.
By this academic's racist logic,
we should send home
all Arabs to Arabia... all Jews to Israel... all Gypsies to
somewhere near India
and
descendants of Celts in modern day Turkey
should be expelled
and sent back toward France.
To where precisely? Nobody knows.
Such racist talk about sending Europeans packing,
taken to its logical conclusion,
would also require
that because humans
originated in Africa, all humans should be
forced to return to there.

| E1. You are a racist! You generalize about all Mexicans just like the Nazis did about the Jews.
| False and hyperbole. In order to ascertain the truth one has to employ evidence on the one hand and objective reasoning & logic on the other. Statistics; polls; real-world events: These all matter vitally in the effort to ascertain the truth. Pro-immigration propagandists however have become shrill in their attacks on Americans. They continually scream that anyone who questions the Mexican invasion is a racist (false). They employ every conceivable manipulation to further their cause and avoid the truth: - Illegal aliens are law breakers.
- Illegals who work are law breakers.
- Illegals who work here steal jobs and lower wages.
- Illegal aliens have few rights.
- Mexicans are not the angels they claim to be.
- Indeed even Mexican-Americans complain about Mexicans.
|
| F1. You are cruel! You would deport parents and separate them from their American-born children!
| Children often suffer due to the law-breaking actions of their parents and that is an additional good reason for parents to not break our very reasonable immigration laws.

Concise History of California
(An expansion of what's given above.)
- Over 13000 years occupation by native tribes who were not Aztecs or Mayans.
1000-year-old Chinese vases fragments have been
found in a few native graves, indicating
Pacific trade. A die-off is said to have occurred
around that time as well, similar to after Europeans
arrived in New World.
- A 50 year period of Spanish control during which natives were put in chains and taught to be blacksmiths or other types of European worker. Natives were either incarcerated or shot dead if they strayed.
- A 30 year period of Mexican administration during which the sparcely-populated Calfornia nevertheless had both Hispanic and Anglo settlers. Administration was brought about because the Spanish were too incompetent and/or poor to manage CA and of course Spain would never allow Anglos to have the West. Yet administration mainly consisted of sending money.
- Mexican-American war. USA wins and occupies Mexico City. USA generously buys mostly-uninhabited Southwest.
- 150+ years of multi-ethnic US control during which all types of Europeans as well as Asians; blacks; Hispanics; Gypsies. All groups thrived.
- In the late 20th century Mexicans began flooding in. They were eager to make "anchor babies" to ensure they could stay. (The anchor-baby practice now correctly blocked in Ireland, where they have a clue.)
What do illegal Mexicans do wrong?
A partial overview.
- They enter illegally. This requires punishment or the law means nothing.
- They work illegally. This requires punishment or the law means nothing. (Obviously legal Mexican workers ought not be punished.)
- 58% or more say they deserve to "reconquer" the USA. You cannot have a peaceful diverse society with such mentally-ill insurrectionist attitudes. (Link)
- They have invaded in such large numbers that diversity cannot be achieved.
- They demand and receive benefits that US citizens do not receive such as free college education in cases and free health care.
- They join with corrupt businesspeople to knowingly bring down wages.
- They join with corrupt businesspeople to illegally dominate entire areas of work and force out Americans.
- They do not assimilate as quickly as other Hispanics and other immigrants. The USA is supposed to be a melting pot therefore assimilation is very important. (American elites do not want them to assimilate because elites want the poor to be divided and conquered.)
- They retain loyalty to Mexico after becoming citizens.
- Their cultural practice of beating their children is unacceptable in modern America.
- They engage in competitive breeding -- a patently racist practice.
Mexican culpability
This use of the USA as a target of blame
by Mexicans is deliberate and purposeful:
It lets them draw attention
away from Mexico's own numerous faults
and culpability for those faults.
Did the USA cause Mexico's political corruption?
No. Mexicans made it corrupt.
Because Mexicans do not have their shit together as a country and as a culture,
and rather than improve themselves, they blame and criticize and undermine others.
Did the USA cause Mexico to be a narco-state?
No. Mexicans made it a narco-state.
Because Mexicans do not have their shit together as a country and as a culture,
and rather than improve themselves, they blame and criticize and undermine others.
Did the USA cause Mexico to abuse illegal immigrants coming up from Central America?
No. Mexicans chose to abuse those people.
Because Mexicans do not have their shit together as a country and as a culture,
and rather than improve themselves, they blame and criticize and undermine others.
Did the USA cause Mexicans schools to arrogantly teach that Mexico owns the American Southwest?
No. Mexicans chose to brainwash their own children.
Because Mexicans do not have their shit together as a country and as a culture,
and rather than improve themselves, they blame and criticize and undermine others.
Did the USA cause Mexicans to spread racist propaganda to increase racial strife?
No. Mexicans chose to be racist.
Because Mexicans do not have their shit together as a country and as a culture,
and rather than improve themselves, they blame and criticize and undermine others.
