A native of San Francisco, Suzanne has been taking pictures of the outdoors, people and animals in action since she was eight. An educator, and now a doctoral candidate at Mills College, she has many images available for sale and is willing to contract for specific photo essays and images.

Looking through my lens, my idea and some inner knowing (and often quirks of nature) come together and I "click" (pun intended). I often wait and wait until the moment comes, the perfect "something," I must capture to share with others.

Many attempts, many, many attempts I make before the perfect, or near perfect, image is captured. ALTHOUGH in photography there is the time of suspense–develop-ment of the film (did digital steal this anticipation?) to see if-did I? Did I capture the moment?
