Join us at our next board meeting.

All interested individuals are invited to attend board meetings. Board meetings begin at 7:30pm and are usually held on the Thursday after the first dance of the month.

TADAMS seven member board meets once a month to conduct business and plan activities.

If you don't want to be on the board but want to help on a committee please consider one of the following:
Membership: OPEN - Keep a current list of membership and send updates to the person doing the dance card mailing.
Volunteer Coordinator: OPEN - Arrange for people to host the dances.
Sound: Jim Creegan - If you are interested in learning to do sound, please contact Jim.
Springforth Ball: Chaired by Linda Salter - More help is needed to plan the dance weekend.
Dance Card Mailing: Patricia Keller - Every three months mails the dance schedule to members.
Publicity: OPEN- Notifies several magazines and newspapers of dance schedule. Sends email notice of each dance to the email group.
Webmaster: Deborah Nelson - Maintains and updates web pages.
