This book is written by one of my contributors, Restin Wells, and will be published in installments.
Restin writes "Deep Therapy in the Fast Lane, is for "beginners," as it shows how I discovered I had a dissociation, and began to work with it. My book is in story form and is very close to my own experience. I do not want to come across as a "therapist" or as if I am offering advice. I have no degree, nor license. I just want to tell my story so others may do with it whatever they want to.
I only have two alters, maybe 1 1/2... He, he... I use the pseudonym of Restin Wells, as that is the name on my copyright form. Restin isn't an alter; it is the writer side of me that I sometimes use on the web. "
