Seacoast New England is owned and operated by Richard S. Collins, a Portsmouth resident who has been involved with photography, writing, New England travel, and various means of using technology to explore the arts in his spare time for some years. He hopes to someday make his way out of the corporate high tech world and focus more on his love of the arts and the great outdoors, but until then is providing services of all kinds and flavors.
