What to Bring

The weather is likely to be sunny and warm or hot during the day, but we may have cloudy or rainy and in the 40’s.

In the Cascades, stinging nettles and Devil’s Club abound, so we recommend that you wear long pants and long sleeved shirts for trail work.  We also recommend leather gloves or the rubberized gloves to foil the stickers.  Hard hats are required during trail work, and will be provided by the US Forest Service.  If you have favorite gardening tools, such as hand clippers, hand saw, or ratchet loppers, bring them along.
