The mission of this website is to provide for elementary level students, educators and parents, a broad spectrum of high quality web sites and reliable sources of information.The links include a wide range of reference tools, curriculum related sites, search tools, and online resources as well as many fun sites. It can be utilized in many ways and was designed for ease of access to the best of the Web. Teachers can develop Hotlists and WebQuests, do background research and find tools for lesson planning. Students can use it as a homework resource or research tool and parents can safely explore the Web with their children using these sites preselected by librarians. In other words, there is something for everyone!

Why so many links? Why not use search engines?
Most of the sites found here are not found by search engines. They have been recommended by other librarians and instructional technology educators or were found in journals. This site allows you access to educational sites only available on the "invisible web."
