Jason Piper and his father Dennis
own and operate Jason Piper Racing Team.
In 2001 the team made the jump from the 1/4 mile to the 1/2 mile oval
fielding a brand new race truck in Altamont Raceway's Pro Truck Division.
Jason scored a Main Event WIN and five top eight finishes in his first season,
behind the wheel of the team's #13 Chevrolet Pro Truck.

Racing Career Highlights:

1997 - Altamont Raceway Park (ARP): 30th Place finish in a 64 car field 250 lap Enduro.

1998 - ARP: Raced in last 3 events of the season in the Pure Stock Division.

1999 - ARP: Raced the entire season schedule in the Pure Stock Division.

Finished 8th in the Season Points Championship and 4th in the Rookie-of-the-Year competition. Scored 1 Heat Race WIN and two 3rd Place Main Event finishes.

2000 - ARP: Raced the entire season schedule in the Pure Stock Division.

Finished 3rd in the Season Points Championship. Scored 5 Main Event WINS and 16 top 5 finishes.

2001 - ARP: Raced last 5 events of the season as a Rookie in the Pro Truck Division.

Scored 1 Main Event WIN and 5 top 8 finishes.
