1. Participate at your own risk

2. Do NOT cross Bethany Bridge on foot or bike

3. Do NOT trek/paddle in restricted area near the Dam

4. Do NOT cross water without being in a boat (Thank Berwald for this one)

5. Render aid to anyone in need

6. All team members should remain together at all times.

7. Call if you need help (no penalties, remember this is for fun)

8. Use of whistles is to signal if you need emergency assistance only!

9. You must recycle any trash that you produce during the race.

10. Absolutely no littering!

11. Assisting other teams is encouraged

12. Wear your PFD at all times on the water

13. Red Necks in over-powered fishing boats are to adventure racers what Red Necks in cars are to cyclists. Be careful.

14. All protests should be brought to the pseudo race director who will give you a lecture on why you should focus on having fun training and learning.
