The WVU Motor City Alumni Chapter is the #1 place for Detroit and Michigan area WVU alumni and friends.
There are over one thousand WVU alumni in Michigan according to the WVU Alumni Association. If you have never been to a chapter event (or haven't in years), please consider joining us for fun and football this fall. Check out the message board for other up to the minute information. You can use the messageboard to look for tickets or rides to games, network with fellow alumni, or just say hi. Note: you don't have to be an alumnus to attend, everyone is welcome!!!

For the second time in three years, WVU plays in a BCS bowl. This time WVU faces #3 Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, AZ on January 2nd at 7:30.
If you aren't making the trip to the desert, Bailey's Pub and Grille in Troy, MI will be the best place to watch the game for WVU alumni and fans in Michigan. Bailey's provides us with a private Mountaineers-only room with 3 big screen TVs and pool tables. Please spread the word to your fellow WVU friends and family. Let's show Bailey's how well we support our Mountaineers!!! I look forward to seeing some old friends and making some new ones. If you have never attended an event, please consider coming out to this event.
Friends and spouses are encouraged to join us and there is no cost to attend the events.
