NEWSLETTER Vol 2 #2

The latest E-Board meeting May 7th was a success for all of us!! Much accomplished!!

The monthly meeting is Tuesday May 29th 7 pm, at our new SMUD location (6301 S Street, Customer Service Center). It is the first building off of 65th across form the Standard Station. We will meet here on the last Tuesday of the month for the entire year. SMUD allows no alcohol or food, so we can head to The Fox & Goose Pub after the meeting for a Bite, a Pint or a Sprite and Celtic Music Night.

It is important that you be there, at this meeting, and take part in voting on our website expansion. That’s right! Your E-Board has voted on and passed a new face for the Shamrock Club. It will have more local news, photos and events. We intend to make our web presence simpler to navigate and offer more info to those who seek it. You will also hear about our new Club Calendar of Events for the year and our progress toward our 501 C-3 (non-profit).

SMUD is off of Hwy. 50 on S Street. Coming from the east exit 65th Street and just go straight onto S Street, SMUD is on the right. Coming from the west exit 59th Street, cross left over the freeway, turn right on S Street, SMUD is on the left.

• The preparations for our Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day Family Picnic (Sept 16th).
• Non-Profit, in progress report.
• Hear from the E-Board and committees with their reports.
• Then off to the Fox & Goose for more music and fun
