I was born in Massachusetts and came to California when I was 2. I graduated Pacific Grove High School in 1971. I went to college in Houston, Texas for awhile and then came back to California. I met a nice young man with the same last name as my mother's maiden name and a couple of years later we were married! Our family started a year later with the birth of our first son..

My Interests - I do a lot of different types of craft work. I crochet all kinds of things. I  make items for babies like blankets, sweaters and toys. I have quite a collection of patterns. I sew a lot of clothes and attack many sewing projects, large or small, whatever comes along. I have a  Viking Serger and Viking sewing machine. I like to paint and decorate objects to sell and usually attend a few craft fairs each year. As you can see by the sea creatures (made years ago) that I make use of many kinds of techniques and materials in their construction; paper mache, sewing  etc.
