Location
The flag is just east of the 3rd Avenue site parking lot, along the path the bounds the bay.
Sometimes there is a wind flag mounted on the bicycle sign. The sailboarding entry/exit ramp
is just to the right of this sign, both just beyond the carpeted setup area.
